Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
Your telephone number, and anything you listed or sent, stay until you actually
delete them. Here is how.
How to delete your account
- Email mahaexpocorp@gmail.com
from any address.
- Put Delete my UvilApp account in the subject line.
- Include the telephone number you signed in with, so we
can find the account.
We delete the account and everything listed below within
30 days, and reply to tell you it is done. There is no charge,
and you do not have to give a reason.
What gets deleted
- Your telephone number and your sign-in.
- Your name.
- Your business name, your logo, and your zip codes.
- Your whole catalog — every category, every item,
and every photograph in it.
- Every request you sent, and every request sent to you.
What we keep, and for how long
Nothing that identifies you. Google Firebase keeps ordinary operational logs
for a short period as part of running the service; those are not linked to your
name or your business.
One honest limit. If you already sent somebody a request,
they have their own copy of it, including your telephone number. Deleting
your account removes it from our side. It cannot reach into a message that
has already been delivered to another person's phone — no app can do
that.
Note: the delete button next to a request inside the app
only removes that request from your list. It does not delete your
account. Use the email above for that.
Deletion cannot be undone. Nothing is archived and nothing can be restored
afterwards. If you sign up again later, you start fresh.
