UvilApp is an introduction. A Professional puts their business name on the app and lists what they offer; a customer picks what they want, or describes it, and it reaches that Professional. The two of you then deal with each other directly.
Any person can sign up as a Professional. We do not check licences, insurance, qualifications, quality of work, or whether the prices shown are honest or current. Satisfy yourself before you hire somebody or pay them anything. Ask for a licence and proof of insurance where the work calls for it.
Using UvilApp costs nothing, for customers and Professionals alike. If you choose to support the app there is a voluntary tip, and it buys nothing — no feature is unlocked and no listing is promoted by it.
You are responsible for what you type, photograph and publish. Do not post anything unlawful, anything that misleads people about what you are or what you sell, anything that infringes somebody else's rights, or anything obscene or abusive.
Every user can report content and block another user, from inside the app. Reports are read by a person. We may remove content and close accounts.
Sending a request gives your telephone number to the Professional who receives it, so they can call you back — that is what the app is for. A Professional's number is shown to customers for the same reason. You enter it voluntarily and can delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy and Delete your account.
UvilApp is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we are not liable for work arranged through it, for anything a Professional does or fails to do, or for any agreement you reach with another user.
